No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari:

All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of date of travel are non refundable. Booking dates can be changed, without penalty, subject to availability. If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator, a full refund will be provided, or the opportunity to change the booking date.

No refund inside 24 hours

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.
